Webinar software with the course, the community and the follow-up in the same place.

From a webinar that ends when you say goodbye… to one that sells all week.

Most webinar tools give you a room and nothing after it. Webinly also has the checkout, the course, the community, and the follow-up for everyone who didn't buy.

You go live, or a recording plays at the time you picked. The offer opens inside the room and whoever buys is in your course straight away. When it's over the replay goes out, the people who didn't show up get a WhatsApp message, and you can see who opened the offer and didn't buy.

Free demo without a card. Your first plan is $1 for the first 7 days, and if you cancel inside them you pay nothing more.

01 · THE STACK YOU'RE REPLACING

You're probably paying for six tools that don't talk to each other.

Most webinar apps give you a video room and leave the rest to you. Webinly comes with the forms, booking, CRM, email, WhatsApp, calls and automations already in it, on the same bill.

02 · HOW IT WORKS

What a normal week looks like once it's set up.

Setting up takes about half an hour the first time. After that, most of the week runs without you.

  1. 01

Upload a recording, or go live from your browser.

You pick a registration page, write the offer, and pin it to the minute of the webinar where you want it to appear. The first time you do this it takes about half an hour.

  2. 02

Share the link wherever your audience already is.

Post it on Instagram, send it on WhatsApp or email it to your list. People pick a time that suits them and get reminded on the channel they signed up from, and on the night they watch on their phone in their own language.

  3. 03

Then look at who watched and who bought.

The people who bought are already inside the course, and the ones who missed it have had the replay and a WhatsApp message by now. What's left is a list of everyone who opened the offer and didn't buy, for you or your rep to call.

03 · WHAT'S INSIDE

These are the five things you would otherwise buy separately.

What someone does in one of them shows up in the others, because they all share the same contact list.

WEBINARS

Go live from your browser, or let a recording play as if it were live.

The room has chat, polls and handouts, plus an AI assistant that answers from the facts you gave it, and it reads in whatever language your attendees use.

  • You can run it live, scheduled or evergreen and the registration page, the room and the replay link stay the same whichever way you choose.
  • The AI assistant answers the chat from the facts you wrote, live and on replays, and posts your fallback line when it doesn't know.
  • Each attendee reads the chat in their own language across 12 languages, and an Arabic webinar is Arabic end to end, right to left.
  • Every speaker gets live captions while co-hosts join by link and the recording is published the moment you end.
How live webinars work ▸
OFFERS & CHECKOUT

The checkout opens inside the webinar itself.

You pin an offer to a minute of the webinar and it appears at that minute with a countdown. The checkout opens right there in the attendee's currency, and you can put a one-click upsell after it.

  • The price goes back up when the countdown ends, and the replay carries the same offer.
  • They can pay by card, KNET or in four instalments through Stripe for cards worldwide and Tap, UPayments and Tabby for the Gulf, with prices in USD, KWD, SAR, AED and more.
  • After checkout you can offer an upsell that charges the card they just used in one click, or a payment plan.
  • The same offer can be sold outside the webinar through a payment link, and you can charge for the seat itself with paid tickets.
How selling inside a webinar works ▸
COURSES & COMMUNITY

The course they just bought is already here, and so is the community.

You build the course in the same app, with video, text, PDF and quiz lessons, release dates, certificates and payment plans. Then you open a member community with your name on it, where people post, chat, climb levels and join live calls.

  • Each student gets a page with their progress and you get a one-click offer after checkout, coupons and order bumps.
  • The community has levels and a leaderboard where every like is a point and each level opens up more of what members can do.
  • Members join live calls from the community calendar and the calls are recorded for whoever missed them, with your courses sitting inside the same community.
  • Memberships can be paid monthly or yearly by card with a free trial if you want one, or as a one-time payment.
Sell courses online ▸
EMAIL, WHATSAPP & AUTOMATIONS

The follow-up happens whether you remember to do it or not.

Reminders and replays go out by email and the no-shows get a message on WhatsApp. If someone opened the offer and didn't buy, an automation can wait a day and then hand your rep a task with their name on it.

  • WhatsApp is inside the app for reminders, a no-show rescue, a shared inbox, campaigns, posts to your groups and a chat button for your website.
  • Email goes to a segment built from what people actually did with an AI writer to draft it and eight templates in English and Arabic.
  • Automations start from 37 triggers across webinar, course, deal, payment and form events, with waits and branches, or you describe the automation in one sentence and get a draft.
  • An AI assistant answers chats on WhatsApp and on your site from your facts, and a person can take over at any point.
How follow-up automation works ▸
CRM & CALLS

A CRM that knows what each person watched, with a call button next to their name.

Every time someone watches past 80%, opens the offer, books a call or pays, their score moves. Deals sit in pipelines your team works through, and calling someone is one click, with a brief and a script on the screen while you talk.

  • Each person carries three live scores for engagement, buyer intent and qualification, and their stage sets itself from them.
  • You call from the deal card or the contact page through your own phone line or a Webinly calling plan, and recording asks for consent first.
  • Before you say hello you see a three-line brief on what they did, and your team's script filled in with their name and what they watched.
  • WhatsApp voice calls work from the same button so you can answer and place them without leaving the deal.

04 · ONE LEAD, START TO SALE

What happens to one person who registers.

Most setups lose people somewhere between the webinar tool and the CRM. This is what one registrant's week looks like on Webinly, and every step of it is written to the same contact record.

All seven of those steps landed on the same contact record, and nobody had to export a CSV to make it happen.

  1. MON 9 AMPAGE + FORM

    She registers from her phone.

Your registration page saves her name, email and phone number, country code included. Her contact exists before she closes the tab.

  2. TUE 5 PMWHATSAPP + EMAIL

A reminder reaches her on WhatsApp.

It arrives three hours before the start with her own watch link in it, and the reminder emails go out on their schedule as well.

  3. TUE 8 PMLIVE ROOM

She stays for most of it.

Every minute she stays moves her engagement score, and once she passes the 80% mark she is flagged as warm without anyone having to tag her.

  4. TUE 8:41 PMIN-ROOM OFFER

She opens the offer and doesn't buy.

Her buyer-intent score jumps anyway. The checkout was right there in the room with the countdown running, and that hesitation is now on her record.

  5. TUE 9 PMAUTOMATION

The follow-up starts without anyone touching it.

An automation sends her the replay, waits a day and checks whether she bought. She hasn't, so it gives your rep a task with her name on it.

  6. WED 10:30 AMPHONE CALL

Your rep calls her from the deal card.

It's one click in the browser. A three-line brief says what she did before anyone says hello, and the call is logged on the deal by itself.

  7. WED 10:50 AMPAYMENT LINK

    She pays by card.

She pays through a payment link with her card, becomes a customer, and an automation can open her course the same second.

AND EVERYTHING AROUND IT

Everything else has a page of its own.

Forms, scheduling, funnels, analytics, integrations and the API each have a page that shows how they work.

07 · Q&A

Questions people ask before signing up.

Still have a question?
contact@webinly.com

Who is Webinly for?

Anyone who runs webinars to sell, demo, onboard, or teach, and then has to follow up and close. Coaches and course creators sell programs with evergreen webinars, consultants and agencies run client webinars and work the leads by phone, SaaS teams run demos and onboarding, and trainers run paid workshops. Because the pages, CRM, email, WhatsApp, calls, automations and checkout are built in, it replaces the webinar tool plus the stack around it.

Is Webinly a new company?

No. Webinly was founded in 2022. The webinly.com domain came later, in 2026, so the domain is newer than the company.

Is the CRM a real CRM, or just a contact list?

A real one. Every contact carries three live scores (engagement, buyer intent, qualification) and a lifecycle stage that moves on its own from what they do. Deals sit in pipelines your team works on a kanban board, with companies, tasks, custom fields and roles for reps and managers. You can bring your contacts over from a CSV or straight from ActiveCampaign.

Can I call my leads from Webinly?

Yes. Click Call on a deal card or a contact and the call runs in your browser, with a short AI brief of what that person did and the call logged on the deal afterwards. Recording is optional and asks for consent. You plug in a SIP phone line you already have, or add a Webinly calling plan. Incoming calls and voicemail are rolling out to accounts now.

What does Webinly do on WhatsApp?

Today, for every connected account: reminders before each session, a rescue message to people who registered and never showed up, and a WhatsApp step inside any automation. On top of that: a shared two-way inbox, campaigns to a list, scheduled posts into your WhatsApp groups and channels, a chat button for your website, an AI assistant that answers chats ($39 a month), and WhatsApp voice calls on Pro and Scale.

Does Webinly take KNET and other Gulf payments?

Yes. Connect your own Tap account and buyers pay with KNET, Benefit, mada, Apple Pay or a card, or connect UPayments for KNET. Tabby adds pay in 4. Prices can be in KWD, SAR, AED, BHD or OMR, and dinars are charged to the fils. The same checkout works on the registration page, inside the webinar room, on payment links, forms and courses. Tap payments land in your own account with no Webinly fee on top.

Is there a webinar platform fully in Arabic?

Webinly is. When a webinar is in Arabic, everything the attendee sees is Arabic and right to left: the registration page, the waiting page, the room, the offer card, the checkout and the time zones. Reminder and email templates come in Arabic, the chat translates into 12 languages, and the AI chat assistant answers Arabic questions. The website is in Arabic too.

Can I add a WhatsApp chat button to my website?

Yes, free on every plan. Paste one line and a Chat on WhatsApp button appears on your site and your Webinly pages, with your greeting, a QR code for desktop visitors and click stats. Smart rules (show it after a scroll or on exit, only on chosen pages, in your opening hours, with a lead form) are included on Pro and Scale, or $9 a month on Starter. A WhatsApp AI assistant can answer those chats for $39 a month.

Live, automated, or evergreen: what's the difference?

Live is a real broadcast you present. Automated plays a recording on a set schedule. Evergreen runs that recording just-in-time, minutes after someone registers. The same registration, emails, chat, and offers power all three, so pick whichever fits per webinar.

I already use Zoom and a CRM. Why switch?

Because the lead gets lost between them. In Webinly the webinar, the CRM, the emails, WhatsApp and the phone call all write to the same contact, so the rep who calls knows exactly what the person watched, clicked and skipped. One bill instead of six tools held together with Zapier.

Switching from EverWebinar, WebinarJam, or Demio?

Webinly runs live, automated, and evergreen in one place, so it replaces your webinar tool and the forms, scheduling, CRM, and email stack around it. Bring your recording, registration page, and audience over, and you only start paying once you go live for real.

Do attendees who miss it actually convert?

That's where most of the revenue is. No-shows get automatic replay emails and a WhatsApp rescue message, the replay carries the same timed offers and chat, and every action they take updates their score, so your follow-up knows exactly who's hot.

Will the AI chat assistant make things up to my attendees?

No. It only answers from the brand context you give it: your pricing, FAQs, and policies. When a question falls outside that, it posts your fallback line instead of guessing, so no attendee ever gets an invented answer.

Do I need a designer or developer?

No. Every page (registration, checkout, upsell, thank-you) is drag-and-drop from ready blocks, and your Brand Kit re-skins all of them at once. Start from a template and edit inline. No code, no design tools.

How does billing work, and is there a free trial?

You can sign up and look around a demo account with no card, but running a real webinar needs a plan. Pick one and save a card: on a first plan you pay $1 today and the plan price lands 7 days later, and in between you get one webinar with up to 50 registrations. Cancel inside those 7 days from the billing page and nothing more is charged. Plans start at $39/mo, and Scale puts everything on your own domain with no Webinly badge. Broadcast email and calling minutes are add-ons you switch on only if you use them.
