Webinly takes nothing from what you sell

What the plans do not change
Every plan, including Starter, includes all of this.
The things people email us about
Is there a free trial?
Not a card-free one. You pick a plan and save a card, and if it is your first plan the first charge lands 14 days later, not on the day. In those 14 days you can run one webinar with up to 50 people registered, so you see it work before you pay for it. Cancel inside the window from the billing page and nothing is charged.
What happens if more people show up than my room holds?
They still get in. Each extra person in the live room costs $0.50 as a flex seat, billed after the broadcast. You can turn that off by locking the room to your plan size in your settings, and then extra people are not admitted and nothing is charged.
Does Webinly take a cut of what I sell?
On Starter, 5%. On Pro, 2%. On Scale, nothing. That is on sales made through Webinly checkout only. Your payment processor charges its own fee on top, the same as anywhere else.
Can I take payments in Kuwaiti dinar or with KNET?
Yes. Webinly runs Stripe and Tap side by side, so Gulf cards, KNET and Tabby instalments work on a checkout, with prices in KWD, SAR or AED. You connect your own gateway account and the money lands in it.
What is an attendee-minute?
One person watching one minute of a live broadcast. A 60 minute webinar with 100 people watching all the way through is 6,000 attendee-minutes. Automated and evergreen webinars do not use them.
Can I pay for a year?
Yes, and it is cheaper. Starter is $390, Pro $1,590 and Scale $3,490 for twelve months, which works out at around two months free on every plan.
Is the price per user?
No. The price is per account. Co-hosts are included in the numbers above and do not cost extra.
