WebinarJam Pricing 2026: Plans, Caps and an Alternative

· 8 min read · Webinly team

WebinarJam sells four plans, and the number that matters on each is not the price, it is the cap: how many people can be in the room, how many hours the webinar may run, and how many hosts can present. Pick by price alone and you meet the cap the first time a launch goes well, when more people turn up than the room holds.

This page lays the four plans out with their caps, says what the $1 trial really is, and shows where EverWebinar comes in. Then it puts the same job next to Webinly's prices, with the two facts that decide it for many hosts: Webinly's $39 Starter plan is automated only, and going live starts on Pro at $159.

What WebinarJam costs in 2026

WebinarJam has four plans, read on 25 October 2026 on its pricing page: Starter at $49 a month, Basic at $99, Professional at $299 and Enterprise at $499, billed monthly. Paid for a year, they drop to $39, $79, $229 and $379 a month. Each plan caps attendees per webinar (100, 500, 2,000 and 5,000), hours per webinar (1, 2, 3 and 4) and hosts on stage (1, 2, 4 and 6).

This is a pricing read, not a feature review: every WebinarJam number here comes from that page on that day. If you are weighing it against a live webinar platform that bills by the account rather than by the room, the plan list is the place to start.

  • Starter: $49 a month, or $39 billed annually. 100 attendees, 1 host, 1 hour maximum per webinar. The page does not say EverWebinar is included.
  • Basic: $99 a month, or $79 billed annually. 500 attendees, 2 hosts, 2 hours. EverWebinar included.
  • Professional: $299 a month, or $229 billed annually. 2,000 attendees, 4 hosts, 3 hours. EverWebinar included.
  • Enterprise: $499 a month, or $379 billed annually. 5,000 attendees, 6 hosts, 4 hours. EverWebinar included.

Is the WebinarJam free trial free?

No. The headline on the pricing page says free for 14 days, and the card next to it says $1. You pay $1 for 14 days, then the plan price, with a 30-day money-back after that, and you can cancel any time.

Webinly's first plan works the same way with a shorter window: $1 today, the plan price 7 days later, and in those 7 days one webinar with up to 50 people registered, so you see the page, the reminders and the room before you pay. Cancel inside the 7 days from the billing page and nothing more is charged.

What the caps mean on the day

Two rules sit under WebinarJam's numbers. The attendee cap is per webinar, not per month, and a webinar longer than the plan's maximum means scheduling a second session, which is WebinarJam's own answer in its FAQ.

Webinly draws the limits differently. On Pro, $159 a month, a live room holds 300 people watching at once, and when more show up they still get in: each extra person is a flex seat at $0.50, billed after the broadcast, or you lock the room to your plan size and nobody extra is admitted. Live time is metered as attendee-minutes a month, 12,000 on Pro: a 60 minute webinar with 100 people watching all the way through is 6,000. Co-hosts are included, 2 on Pro and 10 on Scale, joining from a private link with no Webinly account.

Does WebinarJam include EverWebinar?

From Basic up, yes. Basic, Professional and Enterprise each say EverWebinar, the automated webinar product, is included; Starter does not say so. So the lowest WebinarJam price with both live and automated is $99 a month, or $79 billed annually, and if you came here for EverWebinar pricing, that is the number.

In Webinly, automated webinars are on every plan. Starter, $39 a month or $390 a year, runs one automated or evergreen webinar at a time, with unlimited registrants and 300 evergreen viewers a month; past 300, each extra viewer is $0.25, capped at $500 a month. It runs on a schedule or Always on, where each visitor gets a session minutes after arriving, with the offers on the same timeline every time. Pro lifts the webinar count to unlimited and the evergreen viewers to 1,000 a month.

Say it plainly: Starter cannot go live. Live broadcasting starts on Pro at $159, so a host who presents live every week is choosing between WebinarJam Starter at $49 and Webinly Pro at $159, not between two $39 plans. The automated side by side is on Webinly vs EverWebinar.

WebinarJam Basic at $99 next to Webinly Pro at $159

Basic is the WebinarJam plan most hosts land on: the first with two hosts, a two hour window and EverWebinar. Pro is the first Webinly plan that goes live. Same job on each, from what each pricing page lists.

How to move a WebinarJam funnel to Webinly

A funnel is a recording or a live date, a page, a set of emails, an offer and a list. Each has a place in Webinly's webinar wizard, so the move is an afternoon.

  1. 1Pick the plan with one question: do you present live? If not, Starter at $39 runs the recording on a schedule. If yes, Pro at $159 is the first plan with a live room.
  2. 2Create the webinar in the wizard: upload your best recording for an automated one, or set the live dates (Just once, Repeats weekly or Specific sessions). You broadcast from the browser; nothing to install.
  3. 3Build the registration page from a template or from blocks; on Pro, the AI page builder drafts it from a few answers. Name and email are the default fields.
  4. 4Write the offers, polls and handouts. On an automated webinar, pin the offer to the second it appears; on a live one, throw it from the control room at the pitch. Connect Stripe or Tap so buyers pay inside the room.
  5. 5Check the emails step: confirmation, reminders 24 hours, 3 hours, 1 hour, 30 minutes and 5 minutes before, and follow-ups that split attendees from no-shows. Connect WhatsApp so anyone with a phone number who misses the start gets their watch link there.
  6. 6Import your list as a CSV from Contacts (email is the required column, and the import page has a sample file), publish, and read the webinar's Analytics tab after the first run.

Who should stay on WebinarJam?

Three kinds of host. The one whose launches fill 2,000 or 5,000 seats: Professional and Enterprise are sized for that, while Webinly's largest included room is 1,000 on Scale and one room tops out at 2,900 people. The one who needs 4 or 6 people presenting on one stage; Webinly includes 2 co-hosts on Pro and 10 on Scale. And the one who only ever goes live, with 100 people and under an hour, on the tightest budget: WebinarJam Starter at $49 is a lower sticker than Webinly Pro at $159, because the $39 plan cannot broadcast. Two more things Webinly does not do: it sends no SMS, so reminders go by email and by WhatsApp once a sender is connected, and it is not a meeting tool, so there is no round table with everyone on camera.

What you pay at your size

Automated only: WebinarJam does not say Starter includes EverWebinar, so the automated price is Basic at $99 a month; Webinly Starter is $39, with unlimited registrants and 300 evergreen viewers a month, then $0.25 a viewer.

Live, 500 people: WebinarJam Basic at $99, two hours, two hosts. In Webinly a 500 person hour is 30,000 attendee-minutes, above Pro's 12,000, so that size belongs on Scale at $349, with rooms of 1,000 and 36,000 attendee-minutes a month. On the sticker, WebinarJam is cheaper for a weekly room of 500; what Webinly's price carries is the pages, the checkout, the follow-up and the contact record on one bill, per account. All three plans are on the pricing page.

Frequently asked

Is WebinarJam free?

No. The pricing page headline says free for 14 days, but the card says $1: you pay $1 for 14 days, then the plan price, from $49 a month on Starter billed monthly, with a 30-day money-back after that. Webinly is not free either: your first plan is $1 today and the plan price 7 days later.

Does WebinarJam include EverWebinar?

On Basic, Professional and Enterprise, yes: each says EverWebinar is included, so the lowest price with both live and automated is $99 a month, or $79 billed annually. Starter at $49 does not say it is included. In Webinly, automated webinars come with every plan, from Starter at $39 a month.

What happens over the attendee cap?

WebinarJam's cap is per webinar: 100 attendees on Starter, 500 on Basic, 2,000 on Professional, 5,000 on Enterprise. The pricing page does not say what the person past the cap sees, so ask WebinarJam before a big launch. In Webinly, extra people join as flex seats at $0.50 each, billed after the broadcast, unless you lock the room.

How long can a WebinarJam webinar run?

One hour on Starter, two on Basic, three on Professional and four on Enterprise. A webinar that needs longer means scheduling a second session, which is WebinarJam's own answer. Webinly meters live time as attendee-minutes a month instead, 12,000 on Pro and 36,000 on Scale, plus 6 or 20 recording hours.

What is the cheapest alternative with live rooms?

It depends on the room. For 100 people and one host, WebinarJam Starter at $49 is the lower sticker, because Webinly's $39 Starter cannot go live. Webinly's first live plan is Pro at $159: rooms of 300, 12,000 attendee-minutes a month, 2 co-hosts, checkout in the room, WhatsApp reminders and the CRM, per account.

Does Webinly run automated webinars on the $39 plan?

Yes. Starter runs one automated or evergreen webinar at a time, with unlimited registrants and 300 evergreen viewers a month, then $0.25 per extra viewer capped at $500 a month. It includes the registration and replay pages, reminder emails, WhatsApp reminders once connected, and checkout in the room on Stripe or Tap. It cannot broadcast live.

Bring the recording you already have, give it a page, a checkout and WhatsApp reminders, and see it run before you pay the plan price: your first plan is $1 today and the plan price 7 days later, cancel any time.
