WebinarKit Pricing and Review 2026: What the Plans Include
· 10 min read · Webinly team
WebinarKit sells automated webinars on a yearly plan or a one-time licence, and its pricing page is harder to read than it should be: the plan cards say one price, a comparison block lower down says another, and the live product has no price at all. If you searched for WebinarKit pricing, you want the real numbers and what each one buys before you hand over a card.
This page lists the WebinarKit plans as the page showed them, with the Halloween coupon it was applying, what is included and what is a separate purchase, then puts the same job next to Webinly's Starter and Pro plans so you can compare price against price, including what happens when you go live.
How much is WebinarKit in 2026?
WebinarKit's automated plans cost $49 a month for Automated Standard and $69 a month for Automated Pro, both billed annually and both shown with a 30% Halloween coupon applied, read on 25 October 2026. A one-time Pro licence is listed at $1,997, shown as $1,398 with the coupon. Live webinars are a separate product, WebinarKit Live, with no price on the page.
Automated Standard includes unlimited webinars, registrants and attendees, 20,000 email sends and 25 AI credits a month, and 16 named native integrations plus Zapier, Pabbly, webhooks and an API. Automated Pro adds video hosting and embeddable forms. Custom domains are listed as an add-on with no price shown, and more live attendees means 'contact sales'. For a feature-by-feature view beyond price, see Webinly vs WebinarKit.
The trial is 7 days for $1, then the full price. Since both plans are billed annually, twelve months of Standard comes to $588 at the coupon rate and twelve months of Pro to $828, so the figure to budget after the first week is the year, not the month.
What the WebinarKit pricing page does not make clear
Three things on the page need a second look before you buy. First, the numbers disagree with themselves: a comparison block says 'as low as $28 a month (annual)' and describes Pro as '$97 a month or $33 a month (annual)', while the plan cards say $49 and $69. Which figure you will be charged is a question for WebinarKit; the page does not settle it.
Second, live is not included. If you plan to present live even once a quarter, the automated plans do not cover it; WebinarKit Live is a separate product and the page shows no price for it. Third, the custom domain is an add-on and its price is not shown either, so a host who wants webinars on their own address cannot total the bill from the pricing page alone.
None of that makes WebinarKit a bad buy. It means the headline price is the start of the arithmetic, not the end of it.
WebinarKit review: who the plans fit
Read as a plan rather than a product, Automated Standard fits a host with a finished recording who wants to run it to many people without counting them. Unlimited webinars, registrants and attendees at one price is the plan's strongest line, and 20,000 email sends a month covers the confirmations and reminders of a busy evergreen funnel. The 16 native integrations plus Zapier, Pabbly, webhooks and the API matter if your list, your CRM or your course platform lives elsewhere.
Automated Pro at $69 is for hosts who want the video hosted inside WebinarKit and the forms embedded on their own site. The one-time licence at $1,398 is for hosts who are sure they will still be running automated webinars, on this tool, in three years; the break-even against a monthly plan is worked out below.
The plans fit less well if you go live, if you want your own domain without an unpriced add-on, or if you want the checkout, the CRM and the follow-up in the same product as the webinar. If your other candidate is WebinarJam rather than Webinly: WebinarJam starts at $49 a month for 100 attendees, one host and one hour per webinar, and includes EverWebinar, its automated product, from the Basic plan at $99. WebinarKit's automated plans have no attendee cap and no live.
WebinarKit vs Webinly, plan against plan
Webinly's numbers are from its pricing page, which prints 'verified 24 October 2026'. Where the WebinarKit pricing page says nothing about a row, the cell says so rather than guessing.

Is the WebinarKit lifetime deal worth it?
Do the division before the discount persuades you. The one-time licence is $1,398 with the coupon, or $1,997 without it. Against Webinly Starter at $39 a month, $1,398 is 35.8 months, so the licence starts saving money in the fourth year; against Starter billed yearly at $390, it is 3.6 years. Against WebinarKit's own Standard plan at $49 a month billed annually, the licence pays back in 28.5 months. Against Webinly Pro at $159, it pays back in 8.8 months, but Pro includes live broadcasting, which the licence does not.
So the honest answer is: worth it if you will still be running automated webinars, on this tool, in 2029 and beyond, and if you never need live. If either is uncertain, a monthly plan you can cancel costs less to be wrong about. At the undiscounted $1,997, the break-even against $39 a month stretches to 51 months.
Two more lines belong in the sum. The licence covers the automated product, so the custom domain (an add-on with no price shown) and live (a separate product) sit outside it. On the Webinly side, the price is per account, not per seat, and co-hosts are included, so the monthly figure is the whole bill for the team.
How to decide between the two in ten minutes
Six numbers settle it. Write each one down before you open either checkout.
- 1Count your evergreen viewers a month, not your registrants. Under 300, Webinly Starter at $39 covers them; up to 1,000, Pro's included 1,000 does; past that, Webinly charges $0.25 a viewer, capped at $500 a month, while WebinarKit's attendees are unlimited at $49.
- 2Decide whether you will go live this year. WebinarKit's automated plans do not include live and the live product has no price shown; Webinly's live broadcasting starts on Pro at $159, with 12,000 attendee-minutes a month and rooms of 300, and extra people join as flex seats at $0.50 each.
- 3Count the webinars you need running at once. Webinly Starter runs one automated webinar at a time; Pro runs unlimited; WebinarKit Standard runs unlimited.
- 4Write down how you take the money. In Webinly the offer opens a checkout inside the room on Stripe or Tap, with a countdown, an order bump on automated webinars and a one-click upsell after a Stripe payment, and every buyer becomes a contact, on every plan.
- 5Add up a year, including email. WebinarKit Standard is $588 at $49 billed annually, with 20,000 email sends a month inside it. Webinly Starter is $390 a year or $39 by the month, Pro $1,590 or $159, with webinar emails included and list broadcasts from $29 for 10,000 emails.
- 6Run the $1 trial on the one you lean to. Both charge $1 for 7 days; in Webinly those 7 days allow one webinar with up to 50 registrations, and you cancel from the billing page.
Who should pick WebinarKit, and who should pick Webinly?
Pick WebinarKit if your whole business is one recording played to very large numbers, you never go live, your email, CRM and checkout already live in other tools you are happy to keep, and the unlimited-attendee line at a flat $49 a month billed annually is the number that matters most.
Pick Webinly Starter at $39 if you run one automated webinar at a time to a few hundred viewers a month and want the automated webinar, the registration page, the reminders, the replay page, checkout in the room, forms, booking pages and the contact record on one bill. Pick Pro at $159 if you also go live, want your own domain and no Webinly badge, or sell a course from the webinar's offer.
What changes when you move to Webinly: you pay monthly or yearly rather than once, Starter runs one automated webinar at a time, Starter's 300-viewer allowance meters at $0.25 a viewer after that, there is no Zapier app (webhooks on every plan and the API take its place), and broadcasts to a list are an add-on. What you keep: unlimited registrants on every plan, reminder emails, and a $1 first week.
What Webinly costs at your size
At 300 evergreen viewers a month: Starter, $39, or $32.50 a month on the yearly plan. At 1,000 viewers: Starter would be $39 plus 700 extra viewers at $0.25, which is $214, while Pro at $159 includes 1,000 viewers and live, so Pro is the cheaper plan at that size. At 4,000 viewers: Scale at $349 includes them, with rooms of 1,000 and 36,000 attendee-minutes a month.
The add-ons are printed, not hidden. On Starter: courses $29, community $29, WhatsApp groups and channels $29, the public API $9 and the smart chat button $9, each a month; Pro and Scale include all five. On any plan: the WhatsApp AI assistant at $39 a month for 1,500 answers, broadcast email plans from $29 for 10,000 emails, and extra teammates at $19 a month on Pro and Scale. Reminders go by email, and by WhatsApp once a WhatsApp sender is connected; there is no SMS.
Frequently asked
How much is WebinarKit?
On 25 October 2026 its pricing page showed Automated Standard at $49 a month and Automated Pro at $69 a month, both billed annually with a 30% Halloween coupon applied, and a one-time Pro licence at $1,997, shown as $1,398. Live webinars are a separate product with no price listed, and custom domains are an add-on with no price shown.
Is the WebinarKit lifetime deal worth it?
Divide it out. $1,398 one-time against Webinly Starter at $39 a month breaks even after about 36 months; against WebinarKit's own $49 Standard plan, after about 29 months; against Webinly Pro at $159, after about 9 months, though Pro includes live. At the undiscounted $1,997, the break-even against $39 a month is about 51 months.
Does WebinarKit include live webinars?
Not in the Automated Standard or Automated Pro plans. Live webinars are a separate product, WebinarKit Live, and the pricing page shows no price for it; more live attendees means contacting sales. If you present live even occasionally, add that unknown to the bill before comparing the $49 plan with a tool that includes live.
What is the WebinarKit trial?
Seven days for $1, then the full plan price. Both automated plans are billed annually, so plan for the yearly charge after the week: twelve months of Standard is $588 at the $49 coupon rate and twelve months of Pro is $828 at $69. Webinly's first week is also $1, then the monthly or yearly plan price you picked.
Does Webinly include live webinars?
On Pro and Scale. Pro at $159 a month includes live broadcasting with 12,000 attendee-minutes a month, rooms of 300, 2 co-hosts and 6 recording hours; Scale at $349 raises that to 36,000 attendee-minutes, rooms of 1,000 and 10 co-hosts. Starter at $39 is automated only and cannot go live.
What does Webinly charge above 300 evergreen viewers?
Starter includes 300 evergreen viewers a month; each extra viewer is $0.25, capped at $500 a month, and the count resets monthly, on yearly plans too. Pro includes 1,000 viewers and Scale 4,000 before the same metering applies. Registrants are unlimited on every plan; the allowance counts the people who watch.
Run your automated webinar on one bill, with the page, the reminders, the checkout and the contact record included: your first plan is $1 today and the plan price 7 days later, cancel any time.
