Landing Page Builder for Webinars 2026: Page to Checkout

· 10 min read · Webinly team

A landing page builder sells you the page. For most products that is the whole job. For a webinar it is the first fifth of it: after the page come the registration logic, the confirmation and reminder emails, the room the person watches in, the checkout, and the record of who showed up. Leadpages and Unbounce are good at the first fifth, and both stop there, so each of the other four becomes another tool and another bill.

This page lays out what Leadpages and Unbounce charge and what caps each plan, read from their own pricing pages, then shows the same webinar page built in Webinly, where the page is one step of creating the webinar and the reminders, the room, the checkout and the contact record come with it on every plan.

What is the best landing page builder for webinars?

The best landing page builder for a webinar is one that is wired to the webinar itself: the form, the schedule, the reminder emails, the room and the checkout set up together. Leadpages and Unbounce build a strong standalone page, then hand the rest to other tools. Webinly builds the registration page as a step of creating the webinar, on every plan from $39 a month, with unlimited registrants.

The difference shows up the first time a date moves. On a standalone builder the page, the email tool and the webinar tool each hold their own copy of the time, and one of them is wrong by the day of the session. In Webinly the webinar landing page reads the session from the webinar, prints it as one line with the city named and how far away it is, and the queued reminders re-arm when you move the date.

That is the test to apply to any builder on your shortlist: not how good the page looks, but how many other subscriptions the page needs before a stranger who clicks an ad ends up watching and paying.

Leadpages pricing and Unbounce pricing, plan by plan

Both ladders below were read on 25 October 2026 from each vendor's own pricing page. Leadpages prices by pages and sites. Unbounce prices by visitors.

  • Leadpages Pro, $29 a month: 25 pages, 1 site, 1 custom domain.
  • Leadpages Business, $49 a month: 50 pages, 2 sites.
  • Leadpages Grow, $99 a month: unlimited pages, 4 sites, A/B testing with up to 6 variants.
  • Leadpages Optimize, $199 a month: 6 sites and multivariate testing. A Scale plan at $399 appears only in the FAQ. Annual billing saves 20%, but the annual prices are not listed.
  • Unbounce Starter, $29 a month or $22 billed annually: up to 500 visitors, 1 domain, no A/B testing.
  • Unbounce Build, $99 a month or $74 annually: 20,000 visitors, 1 domain.
  • Unbounce Experiment, $149 a month or $112 annually: 30,000 visitors, 2 domains, A/B testing.
  • Unbounce Optimize, $249 a month or $187 annually: 50,000 visitors, 3 domains.

What the page builder does not come with

The trials tell you something first. Leadpages gives 7 days free with a card on file, and the account becomes the paid plan on day 7 unless you cancel. Unbounce gives 14 days with no card, but the trial has no custom domains, so you cannot see the page on your own address until you pay.

Then the gaps. Leadpages lists no email marketing feature of its own (Mailchimp is an integration), does not describe payments (Stripe sits in the integrations list), and has no webinar room and no reminders. Unbounce's page says it in its own words: no webinar room, no email sequences, no CRM. So the real price of a $29 page is $29 plus an email tool for the reminders, plus a webinar tool for the room and the replay, plus a checkout, plus somewhere to keep the list of who registered and who watched.

On Unbounce the cap adds a second bill. Traffic past your plan's visitor limit means the next plan, so a launch that sends 2,000 people to a Starter page is a Build month at $99, not a Starter month at $29. A webinar page is built to take traffic in bursts, which is the shape a visitor cap punishes most.

How Webinly builds the webinar page

In Webinly the page is a step in the webinar wizard, not a separate product. Start from a template, from a blank page, or on Pro and up answer a few questions and let the AI Creator draft the page for you to edit. The builder is drag and drop from 13 blocks in three groups: layout (Section, Stack), content (Text, Image, FAQ, Testimonial, Custom HTML/CSS) and conversion (Registration form, Webinly Form, Video / VSL, Button, Countdown, Calendar).

The Registration form shows on the page or opens as a popup from a Button. A new webinar starts with two fields, name and email, and the form keeps each signup's UTM tags, referrer and landing page as hidden inputs, behind a honeypot, a CAPTCHA, rate limiting and disposable-address rejection. You set one brand colour for buttons and accents and check the desktop, tablet and mobile views before you publish.

Because the page belongs to the webinar, the rest is already attached. The confirmation page carries the session time, the join link, add-to-calendar buttons and a countdown, and sends people into the room at the start. Reminders go out at 24 hours, 3 hours, 1 hour, 30 minutes and 5 minutes before, by email, and by WhatsApp once a WhatsApp sender is connected; there is no SMS. Every registration creates a contact with live engagement and buyer-intent scores, and an offer in the room opens a checkout on Stripe or Tap.

Two limits before you pick a plan. Starter pages carry a small Webinly badge; Pro and up remove it and serve every webinar on a domain you own, such as webinars.yourbrand.com. And Starter is automated only, one recorded webinar at a time with 300 evergreen viewers a month; live broadcasting starts on Pro at $159.

Build a webinar landing page in Webinly in 30 minutes

The steps follow the wizard. Nothing here needs a developer.

  1. 1Create the webinar and choose when it runs: just once, weekly, specific sessions, or always on for an automated one. The page reads its times from this.
  2. 2Start the page from a template or a blank page, or on Pro answer a few questions and let the AI Creator draft it. Put a Text block set to Heading 1 inside the first Section and write the outcome, not the topic.
  3. 3Add the Registration form next to the headline, on the page for a warm list or behind a Button for cold traffic. Keep it to name and email, and add a Countdown only if the session is inside the next week.
  4. 4Add proof and answers below: Image and Text for who you are, a Stack for the agenda, a Testimonial, an FAQ with the replay policy first, and a Button that says what the click gets.
  5. 5Open the Emails step and read the confirmation and the five reminders. Change the words if you like; the times are already tied to the session.
  6. 6Set the brand colour, check the mobile view, publish, and put UTM tags on the links you share, so the webinar's analytics can show which source produced the people who showed up.

Who should stay on Leadpages or Unbounce?

Anyone whose pages are not webinar pages. A lead magnet, a product launch, an agency building sites for clients: those are the jobs these two builders were made for, and the plans are sized for them, with 4 sites on Leadpages Grow and 3 domains on Unbounce Optimize.

Anyone who runs page split tests as a habit. Leadpages gives A/B testing from Grow at $99 with up to 6 variants, and Unbounce from Experiment at $149. Webinly's public pages do not list A/B testing for landing pages, so do not buy Webinly for that. What it does give you is each webinar's own report: visits with bots left out, the registration rate, the device split, and signups and sales by UTM source, which is most of what the split test was for.

And anyone with no webinar yet. Webinly's page builder exists to register people for a session; if there is no session, a general builder is the right tool.

What it costs at your size

A coach with one evergreen webinar and a few hundred viewers a month: Webinly Starter at $39, or $390 a year, covers the page, unlimited registrants, 300 evergreen viewers, the reminders, the replay page and checkout in the room. Past 300 viewers it is $0.25 a viewer, capped at $500 a month. Leadpages and Unbounce both start at $29, before the email tool, the webinar tool and the checkout the page still needs.

A host who goes live and wants their own domain and no badge: Webinly Pro at $159, or $1,590 a year, adds live rooms of 300 with 12,000 attendee-minutes a month, 2 co-hosts, the AI page builder and the custom domain. Leadpages Optimize at $199 and Unbounce Optimize at $249 sit in the same price band, and neither includes a webinar room or webinar reminders.

Two rules hold on every Webinly plan. The price is per account, not per seat, and co-hosts are included. And sending one email to your whole list is email marketing, an add-on from $29 for 10,000 emails; the confirmation, reminder and follow-up emails for each webinar come with every plan. If you sell a course or a programme after the session, Webinly's funnels build multi-step selling pages one step at a time; they are switched on per account by the Webinly team.

Frequently asked

What is the best landing page builder for webinars?

One that builds the page as part of the webinar, so the form, the schedule, the reminders, the room and the checkout cannot drift apart. Standalone builders such as Leadpages and Unbounce make the page and leave the rest to other tools. Webinly builds the registration page inside the webinar on every plan, from $39 a month, with unlimited registrants.

Is Leadpages or Unbounce cheaper?

They start at the same price, $29 a month. Leadpages caps by pages and sites (25 pages and 1 site on its $29 plan) and tops out at $199, with a $399 Scale plan in its FAQ. Unbounce caps by visitors (500 on Starter) and tops out at $249 a month, or $187 billed annually. Neither includes a webinar room.

What does Unbounce's visitor cap mean?

Each Unbounce plan allows a set number of visitors to your pages: 500 on Starter, 20,000 on Build, 30,000 on Experiment and 50,000 on Optimize. Traffic past the cap means the next plan. A webinar launch sends traffic in bursts, so one busy week can turn a $29 plan into a $99 one.

Can I use my own domain?

On Leadpages, one custom domain comes with the $29 plan. On Unbounce, Starter includes one domain, but the free trial has none. In Webinly a custom domain is on Pro and Scale: add a domain you own, create the DNS record Webinly shows you, and every webinar in the account is served on it.

Does the page connect to reminders and checkout?

In Webinly, yes, on every plan: the page is built inside the webinar, so registering sends a confirmation and five reminders, and an offer in the room opens a checkout on Stripe or Tap with a countdown. Leadpages and Unbounce have no webinar room and no reminders of their own; both come from other tools you connect.

Can I A/B test a webinar landing page?

On Leadpages from the Grow plan at $99, with up to 6 variants, and on Unbounce from Experiment at $149. Webinly's public pages do not list A/B testing for landing pages. What Webinly reports instead is each webinar's visits, registration rate, device split and signups by UTM source, so you can compare one run against the next.

Build your next webinar page inside the webinar, with the reminders, the room and the checkout already attached: your first plan is $1 today and the plan price 7 days later, cancel any time.
