Connect Claude to Webinly

Connect your own Claude to your Webinly workspace and handle your email campaigns and your webinar sign-up pages by talking to it. Claude works as you, under your plan and your role, and nothing is sent or published without your go.

What Claude can do in Webinly

Emails

  • Writes the email in your Webinly editor's own format, with your brand kit's colors and logo, in English or Arabic.
  • Picks who gets it: your segments, tags, lists, course buyers, community members, or rules built from what Webinly knows about each contact.
  • Adds personal touches with contact attributes, every tag with a fallback word.
  • Sends you a test, shows you one recap (who gets it and how many, the subject, what is missing, the best times for this audience), then sends now or at the time you pick, only when you say go.
  • Tells you how an email did: delivered, opened, clicked, top links.

Sign-up pages

  • Builds the sign-up page of a webinar as plain sections: a hero, what attendees will learn, your host, testimonials, questions, the sign-up form, a closing call.
  • Saves it as a draft in your page builder, where you can still edit every block by hand, and gives you a preview link.
  • Publishes only when you say so, through the same checks as the builder's Publish button.
  • Never replaces a page you built or edited by hand without telling you first.

Connect in three steps

  1. 1In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
  2. 2Give it the name Webinly, paste https://app.webinly.com/api/mcp, and add it.
  3. 3Claude opens Webinly. Sign in if asked, check the workspace name, and click Allow.

The link is also shown in Webinly under Settings › Claude, with every connected Claude and a Disconnect button. Claude Code and the Claude desktop app connect the same way.

Try saying

  • “Write an email about my next webinar and show me who would get it.”
  • “Send me a test of that email.”
  • “Build the sign-up page for my next webinar and show me a preview.”
  • “How did my last email do?”

Who can connect

Your workspace and your role

Any Webinly plan that includes email campaigns or the page builder. The workspace owner can connect, and so can a teammate whose role covers emails or pages. Each thing Claude does is checked against that role, the same way a click in Webinly is.

What stays under your control

Your go, every time

An email is sent, and a page is published, only after you answered Claude with a clear yes. Everything else is a draft you can open and change in Webinly.

What Claude sees

Claude receives only the answers to the questions it asks Webinly: your webinars, your segments and their counts, the email or page it is working on, and a campaign's results. Contact lists are counted, never handed over.

Disconnect any time

From Claude (remove the Webinly connector) or from Webinly (Settings › Claude › Disconnect). Emails already sent or scheduled are not changed. Settings › Claude also lists what Claude did in your workspace lately.

Privacy and support

How Webinly handles your data is in the privacy policy. Questions about the connector: contact@webinly.com.
