To stop WhatsApp messages right now
Reply to the WhatsApp message with any one of these words. It works immediately, and no human has to see it first:

You will get one short confirmation and nothing after that. If you ever change your mind, reply ابدأ or START.
To delete your data completely
Email support@webinly.com from the address you signed up with, or tell us the phone number you were messaged on. Say that you want your data deleted. You do not need to explain why.
We will confirm within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your contact record and every custom field on it.
- Your webinar registrations, attendance history, and anything you submitted in a form or survey.
- Your WhatsApp conversation: the messages both ways, and our stored copies of any photo, voice note or document in that thread.
- Email history and click activity.
What we keep, and why
One record survives deletion on purpose: the fact that you asked not to be contacted, stored against your email or phone number alone.
Deleting that too would mean the next import of an old list could start messaging you again, which is the opposite of what you asked for. It is kept for that single purpose and is never used to reach you.
We also keep records the law requires us to keep, such as payment receipts for tax purposes.
Who actually holds your data
Webinly is used by independent businesses to run their own webinars. When one of them messages you, they decide what to send and we carry it for them. If you know which business it was, telling us makes the deletion faster — but you do not have to know. Email us either way and we will find it.
