Calendly Pricing 2026: Free Limits, Seat Cost, Alternative
· 9 min read · Webinly team
Calendly's price looks small until you multiply it. Every paid plan is per seat, the free plan stops at one event type, and what a coach needs around the call, reminders, a payment, a record of what the lead did before, is either a tier up or in another tool. Most people find that out on the second invoice.
This page lays out the whole ladder as Calendly's pricing page shows it, does the seat math for a solo coach, a coach with two setters and a team of five, says what each tier adds, and then shows what the same booking costs inside Webinly, where it comes with the webinar, the forms and the CRM on one per-account price.
How much is Calendly in 2026?
Calendly has four plans, read on 25 October 2026 from its pricing page: Free, Standard at $10 a seat a month billed annually (about $12 billed monthly, from secondary sources), Teams at $16 a seat a month billed annually (about $20 monthly), and Enterprise from $15,000 a year with a minimum of 50 seats. Every paid price is per seat, so a team of 3 on Teams pays $48 a month. The free plan gives one event type and one calendar connection.
Below is the plan table, then the seat math, what each tier gates, and when the bill stops making sense next to a per-account tool such as Webinly, whose pricing puts booking pages inside every plan.
Calendly pricing plans: the full table
Prices are per seat per month. The yearly column is what Calendly's page shows; the monthly column comes from secondary sources, so read it as about. The two Webinly rows are per account, from a pricing page that prints 'verified 24 October 2026'.

What does the Calendly free plan include, and what does it not?
Free gives you one event type, one calendar connection, one-on-one scheduling, a booking page and the browser extension. For a coach with one kind of call and one Google calendar, that is a working booking link, and it is why so many people start there. The day you add a second kind of call, a paid session next to the free one, you are on Standard.
What it does not do is the list that starts on Standard: a second event type, more calendars (six on Standard), group events, automated reminders, payments through Stripe or PayPal, and the HubSpot and Mailchimp connections. The one that bites first is reminders. On Free nobody reminds the person who booked, and one missed call costs more than the $10 seat that would have sent the reminder. Round robin, routing forms, lead qualification and Salesforce wait for Teams at $16 a seat. WhatsApp is not mentioned on any tier.
The seat math: one coach, two setters, a team of five
Per seat is the rule that turns a small price into a real one. Calendly's page says it plainly: a team of four on Teams is 4 x $16. Two things hide in that line. The seat buys the booking alone: the webinar that produced the lead, the qualification form, the CRM where the deal lives and the follow-up are separate bills. And the yearly rate needs the year up front; the page's own labels say you save 17% on Standard and 20% on Teams by paying yearly. Here is the same arithmetic at three common sizes, billed annually, with the monthly-billing figure as about.
- A solo coach: $10 a month on Standard, $120 a year; about $12 a month billed monthly. Free works until you need a second event type or a reminder.
- A coach with two setters, three seats: $30 a month on Standard ($360 a year) or $48 a month on Teams ($576 a year), the tier with round robin; about $36 or about $60 a month billed monthly.
- A team of five: $50 a month on Standard ($600 a year) or $80 a month on Teams ($960 a year); about $60 or about $100 a month billed monthly.
- Fifty seats or more: Enterprise starts at $15,000 a year.
What does booking cost in Webinly?
Nothing on top of the plan. Webinly's price is per account, not per seat, and booking pages come with every plan, including Starter at $39 a month or $390 a year. For that price a solo coach also gets one automated or evergreen webinar at a time with unlimited registrants, registration and replay pages, reminder emails, checkout in the room on Stripe or Tap, forms with branching and scoring, the contact record with lead scores, follow-up automations, and WhatsApp reminders, inbox and campaigns. Starter is automated-only and one login; live broadcasting starts on Pro at $159 a month ($1,590 a year), which includes 3 people on the team, with extra people at $19 a month each, and Scale at $349 includes 10. Co-hosts are included on every plan.
The booking page itself does what a paid Calendly seat does for the call: one event type per kind of call with its own link, weekly hours with date overrides, a minimum notice, buffers and a cap on bookings, Google Calendar sync that blocks busy times and writes each booking back, times shown in the visitor's own zone, and email reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before, plus up to three no-show nudges. Booked calls become deals on the CRM board, and pressing Call on the deal card runs the call in your browser with a brief of what that person did.
Honest limits: calendar sync is Google only, so Outlook and Apple calendars cannot be connected; there is no Calendly import, so each event type is rebuilt by hand; call reminders are email only and there is no SMS; round robin is not stated on the scheduling page; and every booking page carries a small 'Scheduling powered by Webinly' line, on every plan. WhatsApp carries the webinar messages once you connect your own WhatsApp Business number, and an automation can send a WhatsApp template when someone books; see WhatsApp for webinars.
How to read your Calendly bill and decide
Five minutes with the invoice settles it.
- 1Count the seats you pay for, then the seats that took a booking last month. A seat that never books still costs $10 or $16 a month at the yearly rate.
- 2Write down what sits around the call: the webinar tool, the form tool, the CRM, the email tool. Each is a line the Calendly seat does not cover.
- 3Check which tier feature you actually use. If it is only reminders and a second event type, Standard is the right tier; if nobody uses round robin or routing forms, you are paying $16 a seat for $10 worth of use.
- 4Ask where the lead's history lives. If the person who booked also watched a webinar or filled in a form elsewhere, you are joining the records by hand, and that time is part of the price.
- 5Then compare per account: Webinly Starter at $39 a month for one person, or Pro at $159 for three people with live webinars, against your seats plus the tools around them. If you need Outlook or Apple calendar sync, round robin or a Salesforce handoff, stay; Webinly's page does not claim those.
Who is Calendly priced for, and who pays too much?
Calendly is priced for teams of people who each take meetings: one seat, one calendar, one person. At a sales team of fifty, Enterprise at $15,000 a year is the design. The per-seat rule is fair there, and round robin, routing forms and Salesforce are exactly what such a team needs.
It is priced badly for a coach or a webinar host who sells through one person's calendar and needs everything around the call. That person pays for Standard to get reminders, adds a form tool to qualify, a CRM to keep the deal and an email tool to follow up, and still has no record of what the lead watched before booking. For that person the honest comparison is not $10 against $39 but Calendly plus four other bills against one plan. The moving guide, with what Webinly's scheduling does not do, is in the Calendly alternative page.
What you keep when you move: Google Calendar sync, times in the visitor's own zone, confirmation and reminder emails, reschedule and cancel links, and an embed on your website as an inline calendar, a floating button or a plain link. What you give up: Outlook and Apple sync, round robin, and any booking made on the old Calendly link, which never reaches your Webinly contacts.
Frequently asked
Is Calendly free?
There is a free plan. It gives one event type, one calendar connection, one-on-one scheduling, a booking page and a browser extension. Anything beyond that, including a second event type, automated reminders and payments, starts on Standard at $10 a seat a month billed annually, or about $12 billed monthly according to secondary sources.
What does the Calendly free plan not do?
On the pricing page, automated reminders, payments, a second event type, more than one calendar, group events and the HubSpot and Mailchimp connections all start on Standard, so Free has none of them. Round robin, routing forms, lead qualification and Salesforce need Teams at $16 a seat. WhatsApp is not mentioned on any tier.
How much is Calendly for a team of 5?
Five seats on Standard are $50 a month billed annually, or $600 a year; five seats on Teams are $80 a month billed annually, or $960 a year. Billed monthly, secondary sources put the seat at about $12 and about $20, so about $60 or about $100 a month. Each seat covers the booking only.
Does Calendly charge per seat?
Yes, on every paid plan. The pricing page gives the example itself: a team of four on Teams is 4 x $16 a month billed annually. Enterprise has a minimum of 50 seats and starts at $15,000 a year. Webinly prices per account instead: $39, $159 or $349 a month, with co-hosts included.
Does Calendly send WhatsApp reminders?
Its pricing page lists automated reminders from Standard up and does not mention WhatsApp anywhere. Webinly sends WhatsApp reminders for the webinar once you connect your own WhatsApp Business number: confirmation, reminders before the start, the join link and the recording. Booking reminders in Webinly go by email, 24 hours and 1 hour before.
What does booking cost in Webinly?
Nothing extra. Booking pages are part of every plan, priced per account: Starter $39 a month or $390 a year for one person, Pro $159 or $1,590 a year with 3 people on the team, Scale $349. The same plan carries the webinar, forms, CRM and automations. Your first plan is $1 for the first 7 days.
Compare your Calendly seats, plus the tools around them, with one per-account plan that already books the call. Your first plan is $1 today and the plan price 7 days later, cancel any time.
